Slumber on the Humber is the brainchild of Lee Stearman, created in his mind in 2022, with a small team (Him and his wife Kerri), he wanted to create a festival in his home county and to raise money and awareness for mental health charities. After falling to his own mental health finding van life and enjoying the smaller things helped bring him back from a dark place, (along with his friends and family) he wanted to give something back to the community and so Slumber on the Humber was born. After boasting a sell out festival in our first year, packing out a rural Lincolnshire farm with over 600 camper vans and over 3000 attendees each day and again the following year at Cabourne Parva near caister we have only gone and secured an even bigger venue! To enable us to run this festival there are certain costs that we must cover and to do this we require sponsorship, to help raise as much money as possible for our charities. Would you as an individual or a company like to be part of something amazing and help support us in raising much needed funds for our charity, each year we support local mental health charities and so far we have raised over £13,000!

How much do I need to sponsor? Whether you want to support the whole event as a main sponsor? Or we have smaller packages where you can either sponsor one of our 3 stages or one of our 3 bars, the prices will differ. Please check out the package list below.   What do I get in return? Each package, depending on the amount, will have a sizeable return of rewards and free tickets to the event, (a great incentive to give away to your staff or keep for yourself and family) plus your business name and logo on our socials. We have almost 10,000 followers across all social media channels. Not to mention the hits on our website and our ticket selling website. 

Sponsorship packages – Main Gold Sponsor £1500

4 free camping pitch tickets – Either campervan, caravan, or Tent. 8 free tickets to the event. Plus, an official Slumber on the Humber festival cup, per ticket. And an official slumber keyring 2-3 prominent banner position (banner not supplied) preferred size 2ftx6ft or roll banner. Logo or QR on all leaflets and literature Logo or QR and mention on all social media channels including a logo on the sponsor section of our website. Logo on our facebook banner between your sign up day and the end of the festival.  

Sponsorship packages – Main silver Sponsor £1000

3 free camping pitch tickets – Either campervan, caravan, or Tent. 6 free tickets to the event. Plus, an official Slumber on the Humber festival cup, per ticket. 2 prominent banner position (banner not supplied) preferred size 2ftx6ft or roll banner. Logo on all leaflets and literature Logo and mention on all social media channels, including a logo on the sponsor section of our website. Logo on our facebook banner between your sign up day and the end of the festival.  

Sponsorship packages – Main bronze Sponsor £500

2 free camping pitch tickets – Either campervan, caravan, or Tent. 4 free tickets to the event. Plus, an official Slumber on the Humber festival cup, per ticket. A prominent banner position (banner not supplied) preferred size 2ftx6ft or roll banner. Logo on all leaflets and literature Logo and mention on all social media channels including a logo on the sponsor section of our website. Logo on our facebook banner between your sign up day and the end of the festival.  

Bar Sponsor – £150-250 per bar

We have 3 bars supporting us over the weekend, our main bar (£200 SOLD) situated inside the barn where our main stage entertainment is being held and also our two outside bars (£150) which are situated in our food court outside the barn. Your banner (not included) will be on the front of the bar for all to see. You will also receive a social media post announcing you as a bar sponsor and a a lot on our website sponsor page.  

Stage Sponsor - £250 per stage

During the weekend we have 3 stages, we have our acoustic stage, which is based in the woods under a beautiful canopy of green trees, our main stage, which is inside a lovely barn setting, and also back by popular demand and with their own dedicated stage we have our HOUSE marquee! Each stage will house some of the very best in local and national talent entertaining over 2000 people throughout the weekend. Your banner (not supplied) will be front of stage all weekend for all to see. You will also receive social media posts announcing your business as our stage sponsor for the weekend and a slot on our sponsor page on our website.

Raffle Prize

Our entry level sponsorship package is a donation towards our raffle, our raffle is one of the biggest generators of funds towards our chosen charities and the more amazing prizes we have donated the less overheads the raffle has.

In return for a raffle donation you will receive a post across our social media channels and also community forum.
